Our usual carrier is Direct Freight Express. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

We try to send everything together, but some items may ship separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped. Contact us through our Contact page or call +61 485 000 320 as soon as possible. Once an order is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?

What happens if I give the wrong address?
